Cancellation conditions in times of corona

In the event of border closures, travel warnings for Salzburg, officially imposed closures or in the event of a renewed government lockdown, we offer you as our guest the following alternatives:

1.) You rebook your holiday for a later period. The deposit remains and will be used for the newly booked holiday. Your desired date can also be communicated to us at a later date.

2.) You cancel your holiday with us free of charge. In this case, we will of course transfer the deposit back to you immediately. For this we need your bank account details (IBAN and BIC).

In case of border closures by the government during your holiday in our house, you can of course leave at any time and the remaining booked days will be cancelled free of charge.

Despite the difficult times, we are committed to providing you with a safe holiday.

Should you unfortunately have to cancel your holiday for any other reason, our general cancellation conditions apply.

General cancellation

Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the holiday price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90 % of the tour price.
In case of early departure, 100 % will be charged.

Insurance

For your protection, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. The Europäische Reiseversicherung also pays in case of illness.
