Cancellation conditions

General cancellation

  • Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the holiday price.
  • In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90 % of the tour price.
  • In case of early departure, 100 % will be charged.

Insurance

For your protection, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. The Europäische Reiseversicherung also pays in case of illness.
